Job Description
iPlus Solution is hiring experienced AWS developers to join our enterprise client engagement in Japan. You will design, build, and operate cloud-native applications and infrastructure for a long-term Japanese corporate partner, with full permanent-employee benefits.

Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of professional AWS development experience
- Current AWS certification (Solutions Architect Associate or higher preferred)
- Experience with at least one mainstream backend language (Python, Node.js, Java, or Go)
Language
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or above
Education
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AWS-based applications and microservices
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using IaC tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK)
- Implement automation for deployment, monitoring, and cost optimization
- Collaborate with the BrSE and offshore teams on requirements and code reviews
- Troubleshoot production incidents and contribute to incident postmortems
