AWS Developer — Japan

iPlus Solution is hiring experienced AWS developers to join our enterprise client engagement in Japan. You will design, build, and operate cloud-native applications and infrastructure for a long-term Japanese corporate partner, with full permanent-employee benefits.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of professional AWS development experience
• Current AWS certification (Solutions Architect Associate or higher preferred)
• Experience with at least one mainstream backend language (Python, Node.js, Java, or Go)

Language

• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or above

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications

• Design, develop, and deploy AWS-based applications and microservices
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using IaC tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK)
• Implement automation for deployment, monitoring, and cost optimization
• Collaborate with the BrSE and offshore teams on requirements and code reviews
• Troubleshoot production incidents and contribute to incident postmortems
