What if I don't have detailed specs yet?
Start with our Labo (dedicated team) model. A bilingual BrSE works with you to clarify scope sprint by sprint while engineering proceeds against the parts that are already clear. You can move to a Fixed-Price contract once scope stabilizes — if it ever needs to.
Who owns the source code and intellectual property?
You do, from day one. We sign mutual NDA and IP assignment clauses before any code is written. Source code, models, design assets, and documentation transfer to your repositories and accounts — we never gate-keep delivery.
How is quality assured?
Every pull request passes peer code review by a senior engineer outside the author's pairing. Automated tests run in CI, static analysis catches regressions, and the delivery PM signs off against sprint acceptance criteria before release. Defect rates are reported transparently in the monthly business review.
