iPlus Solution is hiring backend developers for our long-term enterprise client engagement in Nagoya. You will participate in software development projects using Java, C#, PHP, or Python, contributing to architecture, implementation, and quality across the stack.

Requirements

Experience

Minimum 1 year of programming experience in one or more of: Java, C#, PHP, or Python (coding and testing)
Familiarity with relational databases and version control workflows

Language

Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 or above

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications

Nice to have

Experience with basic design, database design, or API design documentation
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and test backend services using Java, C#, PHP, or Python
Contribute to basic design, database design, and API design discussions
Collaborate with the BrSE and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end features
Write maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
Investigate production issues and propose technical improvements
