Backend Developer (Java / C# / PHP / Python) — Nagoya, Japan

iPlus Solution is hiring backend developers for our long-term enterprise client engagement in Nagoya. You will participate in software development projects using Java, C#, PHP, or Python, contributing to architecture, implementation, and quality across the stack.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of programming experience in one or more of: Java, C#, PHP, or Python (coding and testing)
• Familiarity with relational databases and version control workflows

Language

• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or above

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications

Nice to have

• Experience with basic design, database design, or API design documentation
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Design, implement, and test backend services using Java, C#, PHP, or Python
• Contribute to basic design, database design, and API design discussions
• Collaborate with the BrSE and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Write maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
• Investigate production issues and propose technical improvements
