Job Description
iPlus Solution is hiring IT Sales Representatives for our Tokyo office. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective Japanese clients, and promote our software development and outsourcing solutions.

Requirements
Experience
- Strong professional work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Sales or business development experience is a plus, but not required for promising candidates
Language
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or above
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the Japanese market
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Present iPlus's software development, E3D simulation, and HR services to client stakeholders
- Coordinate with delivery teams to scope proposals and statements of work
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and contribute to sales planning
