Job Description
iPlus Solution is hiring Java and C# developers with Japanese language proficiency for our long-term enterprise client engagement in Nagoya. You will participate in enterprise software development across the application lifecycle, from requirements through implementation and production support.

Requirements
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of programming experience in Java, C#, or SQL (coding and testing)
- Background in requirements handling, design documentation, or database architecture preferred
Language
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or above
Education
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Telecommunications

Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise applications using Java and/or C# (.NET)
- Contribute to requirements analysis, basic design, database design, and API design
- Collaborate with the BrSE on client-facing technical discussions
- Write maintainable, tested code and participate in code reviews
- Support production deployments and incident response
