Job Description
iPlus Solution is recruiting Vietnamese candidates with strong Japanese language skills to join the office administration, hospitality, and accounting departments of our partner companies in Japan. These are full-time, permanent positions with relocation support.
You will be placed with a partner organization in your specialty (corporate office, hotel front-of-house, or accounting team) and integrated as a regular employee with the same benefits as Japanese staff. Roles are tailored to your background — accounting candidates support bookkeeping and financial reporting, hospitality candidates handle guest experience, and office candidates support general administration.

Requirements
Experience
- Background relevant to the target department (administration, hospitality, or accounting)
- Valid Japanese work visa, or eligibility to obtain one with company sponsorship
Language
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above
- Professional, courteous communication style appropriate for Japanese workplaces
Education
- Bachelor's degree from a Vietnamese university, OR completion of a Japanese senmon school or higher qualification
Responsibilities
- Perform department-specific duties at the placement company (office administration, hotel guest service, or accounting tasks)
- Communicate professionally in Japanese with colleagues, customers, and partners
- Maintain accurate records and follow company processes
- Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture
