A Japanese recruitment company managing a complex, multi-stakeholder hiring ecosystem — spanning agencies, candidates, referral fee structures, interview scheduling, and evaluation workflows — needed to replace fragmented manual processes with a centralized digital platform. Operational bottlenecks were limiting their ability to scale and negatively impacting client satisfaction.

Solution

iPlus Solution designed and delivered a comprehensive Applicant Tracking System (ATS) using PHP Laravel and TypeScript over a 7-month project. The platform centralizes all recruitment data — candidate profiles, agency relationships, referral fee calculations, interview scheduling, evaluation scoring, and placement tracking — in a single, auditable system. A role-based access control model ensures that agencies, internal recruiters, and clients each see only what is relevant to their role. The entire system is hosted on AWS for enterprise reliability and data security.

Results

Delivered in 7 months, the ATS transformed the client's recruitment operations. Administrative overhead dropped dramatically, hiring cycle times shortened by up to 50%, and the accuracy of referral fee calculations improved to near zero errors.
