A Japanese client needed a unified platform to plan, execute, and measure social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram — including interactive contest features, audience engagement collection, and real-time performance analytics. Managing these channels through separate native tools made cross-channel comparison impossible and slowed campaign iteration.

Solution

iPlus Solution built a full-featured Social Media Marketing platform using PHP Laravel for the backend and Vue.js for the frontend. The platform enables marketers to create and manage multi-channel campaigns from a single interface — including photo, video, and post submission contests, real-time survey collection, engagement metric tracking, and A/B testing for creative assets. Integration with Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram APIs ensures all data flows in real time. The AWS-hosted infrastructure scales automatically during peak campaign periods.

Results

Delivered in 11 months, the platform enabled the client to simultaneously launch and monitor campaigns across three social media channels from one interface. Campaign iteration speed improved significantly — marketers could act on real-time data rather than waiting for channel-specific native reports.
