iPlus Solution is hiring IT engineers with AI experience to join our project teams across Japan. You will develop software that leverages AI, contributing to design, implementation, and quality throughout the development lifecycle.

必要なスキル
- Required: hands-on experience applying AI, or working on AI-related development, in a professional setting
必須：実務でAIを活用した、またはAIに関する開発に携わった経験 - Priority: candidates who have formally studied AI / machine learning and have applied AI in real-world work
優先：AI・機械学習を専門的に学び、かつ実務でAIを活用した経験をお持ちの方 - Also welcome: candidates without a formal AI specialization but with practical experience using AI in their work
歓迎：AIを専門に学んでいなくても、業務でAIを活用した実務経験をお持ちの方 - Familiarity with relational databases and version control workflows
リレーショナルデータベースおよびバージョン管理の実務知識
Language / 語学力
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or above, with business-level communication in day-to-day work
日本語能力 JLPT N2以上、業務でビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションが可能な方
Nice to have / 歓迎スキル
- Academic background or coursework in AI, machine learning, or data science
AI・機械学習・データサイエンス分野での学習歴・専攻 - Experience with LLMs, generative AI tools, or building AI-integrated features
LLM・生成AIツールの利用経験、またはAIを組み込んだ機能開発の経験 - Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
クラウドプラットフォーム（AWS・Azure・GCP）の利用経験

業務内容
- Design, implement, and test software solutions that incorporate AI
AIを活用したソフトウェアの設計・実装・テスト - Apply AI tools and techniques to improve development efficiency and product quality
AIのツールや技術を用いた開発効率・製品品質の向上 - Contribute to basic design, database design, and API design discussions
基本設計・データベース設計・API設計の検討への参加 - Collaborate with the BrSE and frontend teams to deliver features end to end
BrSEやフロントエンドチームと連携し、機能をエンドツーエンドで提供 - Write maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
保守性が高くテストされたコードを記述し、コードレビューに参加 - Investigate production issues and propose technical, AI-driven improvements
本番環境の課題を調査し、技術面およびAIを活用した改善を提案
